Paul joined the choir in the Autumn of 2007 and has given excellent support to the baritone section since then. He has been a keen chorister from his childhood to the present day, having sung with all sections of his school choir and at Kent College, Canterbury. In addition, in recent years he has sung with the Holy Cross Singers at Bearsted Church.
Paul lives with his wife Carolyn, in the Maidstone area. They have a son and two grandchildren, a boy and a girl.
Paul worked as a surveyor in the construction industry for over thirty years and retired in 2005. He also has a military background, having performed national service and was commissioned in 1956. He became a Territorial Army officer serving with the Royal Military Police and the Royal Army Ordnance Corps.
For thirteen years, Paul was a Warning Officer in the United Kingdom Warning and Monitoring Organisation, with number 1 group, based at Maidstone and became Group Controller.

You're a very busy man Paul and we're delighted that you have time for the choir.
