Neil is not a native of Kent, but hails from the West country, where he enjoyed male voice choir singing for a number of years. He joined the choir in 2006 and now has an established position in the bass section.
Neil lives in the Aylesford area and is employed by Kent County Council at County Hall, Maidstone.
